Job Duties and Scopes:
- Deploy, integrate, moderate, and manage a SaaS-based social media engagement platform.
- Create, post, and manage educational content for users.
- Drive community engagement with various community owners and manage platform moderation.
- Analyze user feedback to provide actionable insights for product development.

Required Skills:
- Proficiency in social media platforms (e.g., Microsoft Viva Engage, Yammer).
- Strong content creation skills (videos, written posts, etc.).
- Understanding of social media etiquette and best practices.
- Problem-solving with human-centric solutions.

Required Experiences:
- 3+ years as a product owner or project manager.
- 3+ years with social media platform management and content production.
- Experience in impactful social media campaign delivery and data translation.
