Job Summary:
1. Job Duties and Scopes:
- Lead campaign analysis, optimization, and ad-hoc requests.
- Create measurement blueprints aligned with business objectives.
- Deliver monthly performance analyses and actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with data analytics team for seamless data collection.
- Maintain departmental SOPs for operational excellence.
2. Required Skills:
- Strong project management and prioritization abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Adobe Omniture, and WebTrends.
- Coding skills in R, SQL, or Python (preferred).
3. Required Experiences:
- 3-5 years of experience in online marketing, web analytics, or research.
- Experience in Pharma marketing is a significant advantage.
- Direct experience in online direct marketing or media performance analysis.
- Knowledge of statistical modeling techniques and ROI.
