Job Summary:
Job Duties and Scope:
- Lead design of consumer-focused products for youth and high school sports.
- Conduct user research and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Manage and mentor a team of designers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and enhance user experiences.
- Advocate for design excellence and measure product success.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in iterative prototyping and design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to tell visual and verbal stories effectively.
Required Experience:
- Minimum experience managing at least one designer.
- Proven track record in UX design with a robust portfolio.
- Experience in conducting user research and understanding sports technology (preferred).
