Job Summary:
Job Duties:
- Develop powdered applications and other food products from concept to execution.
- Formulate foods and supplements; validate ingredients and vendors.
- Conduct sensory panels and manage pilot plant experiments.
- Engage in reformulation for compliance with regulations.
- Produce cost information and align on product pricing.
- Collaborate with regulatory teams for compliant packaging.
Required Skills:
- Food Science degree or equivalent.
- 10+ years in food/beverage/dietary supplement industry.
- Advanced knowledge of product formats.
- Strong flavor systems application.
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
- SAP experience preferred.
Required Experiences:
- Demonstrated track record in product development.
- Managing/directing projects and teams.
- Experience with dietary supplements advantageous.
