Job Summary:
Job Duties and Scope:
- Support preparation for committee and board meetings.
- Drive initiatives to enhance governance of policies and committees.
- Maintain enterprise policy and critical documentation.
- Lead annual compliance validation exercises for governance requirements.
Required Skills:

- High organizational skills, attention to detail, and accountability.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Discretion when handling restricted company information.
Required Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years in risk, compliance, legal, or regulatory roles.
