Job Summary:
Job Duties:
- Collect, clean, and maintain HR data from various sources.
- Analyze HR metrics and create comprehensive reports and dashboards.
- Conduct workforce planning analyses and assess turnover rates.
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for HR functions.
- Support HR initiatives, including diversity and compensation analysis.
- Utilize data visualization tools to present HR data.
- Assist in compliance report preparation and identify process enhancements.
- Provide training and support to HR staff on data analysis tools.
Required Skills:
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS software and data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, R, Python).
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Required Experiences:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Science, or related field; master’s preferred.
- Proven experience as an HR Data Analyst or similar role in HR, preferably in engineering or technical environments.
