Job Summary:
Job Duties
- Conduct financial analysis for Division Business Plans, summarizing performance.
- Prepare financial projections, including revenues, profit margins, and cash flow forecasts.
- Assist in financial feasibility analysis and prepare underwriting proformas.
- Analyze asset sales pricing and recommend financial structures.
- Maintain market analysis database and support project feasibility studies.
Required Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of real estate and residential land use.
- Familiarity with mapping applications beneficial.
Required Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Local real estate knowledge is extremely beneficial.
