- Execute R&D initiatives for the Alternative Protein Team.
- Design and conduct experiments for novel ingredients and processing techniques.
- Collaborate with global R&D teams for product development.
- Evaluate functionality and nutritional properties of ingredients.
- Analyze data and prepare technical reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Maintain laboratory equipment and raw material inventory.
