Job Summary:
Job Duties:
- Plan, execute, and finalize projects within scope, deadline, and budget.
- Coordinate efforts across teams and define project objectives with stakeholders.
- Communicate project expectations and track milestones and deliverables.
- Identify and document risks and issues; conduct project reviews.
- Utilize best practices for project execution and suggest improvements.
Required Skills:
- MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Project management tools (Planview Portfolios)
- Project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
- Writing comprehensive status reports
- Organizational skills
Required Experiences:
- Technical project management (5-7 years preferred)
- Salesforce project management experience
- Industry experience in insurance or financial sectors
- Project Management certifications (PMP preferred)
- Legal work authorization in the U.S.
