- Assist clients in managing risks and controlling costs related to human resources processes.
- Analyze clients’ talent operations for compliance and efficiency.
- Work on multiple projects, delivering design, compliance, risk, and tax services.
Required Skills:
- Broad knowledge of human resources legal and regulatory issues.
- Tax technical experience with compensation matters.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business-writing skills.
- Ability to track goals and manage projects effectively.
Required Experiences:
- JD with a focus in labor/employment or compensation/benefits and 4+ years of experience.
- Experience with internal audit and/or risk management frameworks preferred.
- Project management and budget management experience.
