Job Summary:
1. Job Duties and Scopes:
- Lead projects for supply chain and manufacturing strategies for patient-specific products.
- Oversee design transfer activities, ensuring on-time, within-scope, and quality delivery.
- Manage project costs and identify/mitigate risks.
- Motivate project teams and achieve goals.
- Collaborate with R&D, production, and suppliers for successful project implementation.
- Innovate project management tools and mentor other Project Managers.
2. Required Skills:
- Project Management expertise.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Ability to drive productivity and quality in fast-paced environments.
3. Required Experiences:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 6+ years of post-grad work experience.
- 4+ years of Project Management experience.
- PMP certification preferred.
