Job Duties:
- Provide technical leadership for FileNet and BPM platforms.
- Manage FileNet and BAW ecosystem for production performance.
- Handle installation, configuration, and support of FileNet components.
- Develop custom code for business needs.
- Ensure quality and standards in software delivery.
- Resolve technical challenges to minimize impact on delivery.
- Innovate practices to enhance efficiency and customer experience.

Required Experience:
- 10+ years in FileNet environments
