- Collaborate across teams to align DevOps with business objectives.
Required Skills
- Strong engineering and communication skills.
- Expertise in streamlining data centers with a unified DevOps approach.
- Proficient in containerization and infrastructure as code.
- Strong troubleshooting and process management capabilities.
Required Experiences
- BA/BS in computer science or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 8+ years in DevOps, with 3+ years as a Principal Engineer.
- Proven experience in team recruitment and mentorship.
