Job Summary:
Job Duties:

- Monitor KPIs and drive continuous product improvement based on data.
Required Skills:
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and Lean methodologies.
- Technical acumen and experience with UX design and engineering teams.
- Customer-centric approach and ability to drive product adoption.
Required Experiences:
- 4-6 years of product management experience through full product lifecycle.
- Experience with tools like JIRA and Confluence.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
