Job Summary:
1. Job Duties and Scope:
- Gather, validate, and clean data from various sources.
- Compile organized data into a comprehensive master sheet for document generation.
- Create data visualizations to support analysis and ensure proper formatting for DocuSign.
- Export master sheet for integration and troubleshoot related issues.
- Document processes and provide ongoing support to users.
2. Required Skills:
- Mastery of Microsoft Excel (advanced functions/formulas).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and strong time management.
- Comfort in fast-paced, client-facing environments.
3. Required Experiences:
- 3+ years of related experience, preferably in technology or financial services.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and SQL is preferred.
- Experience with DocuSign or electronic signature platforms is a plus.
