Job Summary:
Job Duties and Scope:
- Act as the primary contact for project completion with clients during implementation.
- Establish processes for managing customer activities.
- Serve as a product expert in configurations and data integration.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve implementation challenges.
- Monitor client implementations and provide problem-solving leadership.
- Manage multiple complex SAAS projects.
Required Skills:
- Strong organizational and communication abilities.
- Understanding of web-based applications, APIs, and data integration.
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently.
- Foster collaboration and a positive team environment.
Required Experiences:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent project management certification preferred.
- Experience delivering projects for external customers.
- Background in Payments, Banking, E-Commerce, Finance, or Utility sectors is helpful but not required.
