Job Summary:
Job Duties
- Develop and implement brand and global marketing strategies for Artistri® Digital Inks.
- Create actionable marketing execution plans in collaboration with business leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Drive long- and short-term business and marketing plans to meet objectives.
- Conduct market assessments, develop pricing strategies, and organize market information for strategic decisions.
- Lead marketing program development and brand activation programs.
Required Skills
- Strong marketing and business strategy formulation abilities.
- Experience with digital marketing tools (AEM, Salesforce) and data analytics.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Critical thinking, process management, and project management skills.
Required Experiences
- Master’s degree and/or MBA preferred.
- Several years of sales and marketing experience.
- Proven track record in market insights, product commercialization, and competitive assessments.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with funnel management and Salesforce.com; Six Sigma black belt desirable.
