Job Summary:
Job Duties and Scope:
- Deliver small to large programs/projects on time and on budget.
- Develop and maintain the project schedule, coordinating with various stakeholders.
- Manage and report on financial status weekly.
- Communicate project progress through documentation and updates.
- Address issues, risks, and changes per established processes.
- Lead and motivate project team members for high performance.
Required Skills:
- Proficient in agile and waterfall methodologies.
- Strong financial management and forecasting capabilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Required Experience:
- 10 years of experience as a Program Manager.
- Experience leading teams of 5-10 members.
- Background in contracting or consulting, preferably in HR, finance, or retail.
