Job Summary:
Job Duties and Scope:
- Provide concierge-level security at client locations and events.
- Deescalate tense situations and write detailed incident reports.
- Conduct investigations and complete investigative reports.
- Respond to emergencies and manage crisis planning.
- Secure residential perimeters and monitor access controls.
Required Skills:
- Strong problem resolution and communication skills.
- Experience with access control systems, CCTV, and alarm monitoring.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to conduct thorough investigations.
Required Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED with law enforcement/military/security experience.
- CPR/First Aid/AED certification preferred.
- Concierge-level customer service experience.
