- Assist in delivering talent development programs for early/mid-career talent and people managers.
- Craft learning collections and support internal career pathing.
- Support design and execution of high potential programs.
- Provide assistance in annual performance processes.
- Coordinate organization-wide engagement initiatives and manage events.

- Strong technology proficiency (Microsoft Office, learning management systems)

Required Experience:
- 3-5 years in HR, consulting, training, or talent development
- Experience with global learning programs

- Experience with diverse stakeholder groups
- Certification in development tools preferred
