Job Summary:
Job Duties and Scopes
- Provide engineering support for Pegasystems’ products and applications.
- Collaborate with product teams to research and resolve client issues.
- Maintain customer relationships by addressing support incidents promptly and professionally.
- Proactively manage support incidents to prevent escalations.
- Assist on-site teams in resolving complex issues and become a subject matter expert.
Required Skills
- Strong technical skills in Java (preferred), C++, and/or C#.
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and design.
- Working knowledge of SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, and DB2.
- Familiarity with operating systems such as Linux, Windows, Solaris, and zOS.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
Required Experiences
- 4+ years in application development and support.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
- Pega Certified System Architect certification is a plus.
