Job Summary:
Job Duties:
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 20000-1, and ISO 27001 standards.
- Manage the Internal Audit Program and support External Audits.
- Develop Quality Performance metrics for program reviews.
- Document processes per ISO standards and enhance Process Improvement Teams.
- Evaluate Process Documentation System and identify improvements.
- Compile sector-wide information for senior leadership.
Required Skills:
- ISO management system knowledge.
- Process improvement mindset.
- Quality control/documentation skills.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Microsoft Office fluency.
- Excellent communication skills.
Required Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree and 8 years of experience.
