Job Duties and Scope:
- Serve as Project Director for Southern California Water/Wastewater Market.
- Implement strategic plans for regional growth, manage project pipeline and client relationships.
- Oversee project design, budgets, schedules, and quality assurance.
- Engage in marketing activities and represent the firm in professional organizations.
Required Skills:
- Strong leadership, project management, and financial management skills.
- Excellent technical and interpersonal skills; adept in public speaking.
- Experience in planning, design, and construction of water/wastewater infrastructure.
Required Experience:
- 10-15 years of progressive project management experience.
- Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree preferred.
- Professional registration in field of practice and PMP or CCM certification within the first year.
