- Develop and execute global strategy for Fuel and Boosting OEM product line.
- Identify customer needs and build relationships with key decision-makers.
- Lead growth strategy, assess market trends, and analyze competitive landscape.
- Manage product portfolio, drive profitability improvements, and support strategic planning.
Required Skills
- Strong market analysis and strategic planning abilities.
- Knowledge of powertrain systems and product management principles.
- Project management and effective communication skills.
- Ability to anticipate market trends and propose solutions.
Required Experiences
- Minimum seven (7) years in sales, program management, or related fields.
- Experience in the light vehicle or commercial vehicle market.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution (MBA preferred).
