Job Summary:
Job Duties and Scopes
- Analyze and secure Identity & Access Management (IAM) systems.
- Recommend and implement security strategies and process improvements.
- Collaborate with IT and development teams for secure implementation.
- Participate in compliance audits and address potential gaps.
- Maintain IAM policies, standards, and procedures.
- Support implementation of IAM platforms and respond to Level 2 tickets.
Required Skills
- Expertise in Enterprise or Customer Identity & Access Management.
- Strong understanding of IAM protocols (OIDC, OAuth, SAML).
- Knowledge of security policies and compliance regulations.
- Experience with IAM tools (e.g., Ping Identity, Okta).
Required Experiences
- Bachelor's degree in STEM with 4+ years relevant experience.
- In-depth understanding of identity protocols and technologies.
- Familiarity with governance and administration concepts in cybersecurity.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
