Job Summary:
Job Duties and Scopes
- Develop, implement, and maintain strategic staffing initiatives for nursing workforce utilization.
- Oversee the development of a centralized staffing plan and retention strategies.
- Establish a nursing recruitment pipeline and manage nursing resource planning and forecasting.
Required Skills
- Licensed as a Registered Professional Nurse in Illinois or ability to obtain.
- Master’s degree or higher in nursing or related field.
- Strong background in nursing technology systems and performance improvement.
- Excellent communication, leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills.
Required Experiences
- Minimum of five years of nursing leadership experience in staffing operations and workforce management.
- Experience in recruitment/retention, project management, and informatics.
- Proven track record in managing change and organized labor experience preferred.
