Job Summary:
Job Duties:
- Assist clients with valuation needs (financial reporting, tax planning, shareholder planning, litigation support).
- Participate in valuation assignments (equity securities, business enterprises, intangible assets, stock options).
- Conduct client interviews and data gathering.
- Research industry value drivers and perform financial modeling.
- Write valuation reports and communicate conclusions to clients.
