Job Summary:
1. Job Duties and Scopes:
- Lead and oversee transportation projects, ensuring timely completion within scope and budget.
- Manage a team of engineers and planners, fostering collaboration.
- Develop client relationships to ensure satisfaction.
- Manage project budgets, resources, and schedules.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and quality expectations.
- Mitigate project risks and provide technical guidance.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders.
2. Required Skills:
- Bachelor's in Civil/Transportation Engineering (Master's is a plus).
- Connecticut PE license preferred; ability to obtain reciprocity in 6 months.
- Proficiency in Civil 3D, AutoCAD, Microstation, and OpenRoads.
- Experience in proposal and budget preparation.
3. Required Experiences:
- Minimum of 10 years in transportation project management.
- Strong knowledge of transportation planning, design, and construction.
- Experience with CTDOT requirements; knowledge of other New England states is a plus.
