Job Summary:
1. Job Duties and Scopes:
- Plan and manage transportation projects.
- Coordinate engineering work and project delivery.
- Establish client relations and engage in marketing and proposals.
- Conduct reviews for code compliance with governing agencies.
- Ensure timely completion of project deliverables and manage budgets.
- Mentor junior staff.
2. Required Skills:
- Proficiency in software applications (MicroStation, Open Roads, Civil-3D, etc.).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Quality control and project management abilities.
3. Required Experiences:
- 10+ years of experience in project management.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (M.S. preferred).
- PE licensure or Professional Surveyor License.
- Experience with WVDOH, AML, and USACE.
