Job Summary:
Job Duties
- Ensure compliance with HR and safety policies and laws.
- Communicate HR and safety practices to team members and management.
- Track hiring processes, onboarding, and employee evaluations.
- Assist in handling employee concerns and risk management issues.
- Conduct safety inspections and training.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong understanding of labor laws and OSHA regulations.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and analytical skills.
Required Experience
- Minimum 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
- High school diploma or GED; relevant education preferred.
- Experience in HR-related functions and employee relations.
