Job Duties:
- Manage individual projects (formula creation, sourcing, collaboration, sensory reviews)
- Conduct plant trials in collaboration with various departments
- Document and maintain records of test formulas and outcomes
- Research potential new flavor and texture opportunities
- Identify and enhance product quality and cost savings
- Create and maintain product specifications and regulatory requirements
