Job Summary:
Job Duties and Scopes
- Hire, train, and develop a dynamic team representing brand values.
- Coach Student Marketeers to maximize impact and foster creativity.
- Collaborate with Brand Marketing Manager to create localized marketing plans.
- Manage local resources, conduct market visits, and analyze program effectiveness.
- Build relationships with internal teams and support national/regional brand campaigns.
Required Skills
- Project management and execution skills.
- Strong presentation and facilitation abilities.
- Creative problem-solving in collaborative environments.
- Familiarity with collegiate marketing and sampling.
Required Experiences
- Experience in project management from ideation to execution.
- History of presenting and facilitating training sessions.
- Valid U.S. Driver's License and willingness to travel 10-20%.
