Job Summary:
1. Job Duties and Scopes:
- Plan, organize, and direct completion of client projects on time and within budget.
- Act as primary liaison with clients and their Program Management Teams.
- Develop project plans, status reports, and manage issues and decisions.
- Oversee governance meetings, manage project manager workstreams, and allocate resources.
- Participate in hiring and training of team members and other corporate initiatives.
2. Required Skills:
- Leadership and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
- Self-motivation and ability to work independently or in teams.
- Proficiency in PC skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
3. Required Experiences:
- 10+ years in financial services (Fund Accounting, Custody).
- Project management in large complex projects.
- Managing other project managers on select projects.
- Preferred: Undergraduate Degree in Business or Finance, PMP Certification.
