Job Summary:
1. Job Duties and Scope:
- Lead water resources projects exceeding $1M in revenue.
- Define project scope, schedule, and budget; manage staff and sub-consultants.
- Track project progress and ensure timely invoicing.
- Communicate project goals and mentor project teams.
2. Required Skills:
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
- Expertise in water/wastewater/stormwater infrastructure.
- Proficiency in project scope and fee management.
- Self-directed and adept at multitasking.
3. Required Experiences:
- Extensive experience in project management.
- Background in stormwater/water/wastewater infrastructure across the Midwest.
- Experience mentoring junior engineers.
