Job Duties:
- Answer help desk calls and provide technical support
- Provision user accounts and process changes
- Install, configure, and deploy computers and peripherals
- Support video conferencing and multimedia presentations
- Perform basic VOIP phone administration
- Configure and support mobile devices
- Maintain IT documentation

Required Experiences:
