Job Summary:
Job Duties and Scopes:
- Develop and execute a digital marketing strategy to meet financial goals.
- Manage technical aspects including API integrations and keyword tracking.
- Analyze campaign performance and create custom reports.
- Optimize audiences, keywords, and ad creatives in a test-and-learn environment.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to enhance customer experience.
Required Skills:
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPS, Pivot Tables).
- Data-driven decision-making and business analysis.
- Experience with digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
- Strong critical thinking and strategic communication abilities.
- Project management skills (Basecamp, Asana, Trello).
Required Experiences:
- 2-4 years of progressive marketing experience.
- 1-2 years of SEM experience preferred.
- Proven experience in digital marketing technology integration.
- Certification in Meta Digital Marketing (preferred).
