Job Summary:
Job Duties and Scopes
- Develop and deliver educational programs and content to help customers reduce risks.
- Collaborate with Claims, Underwriting, and industry experts to design and execute training initiatives.
- Interface with clients to provide timely risk management advice and support educational goals.
- Mentor new employees and brokers within the distribution network.
Required Skills
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills for small and large audiences.
- Solid familiarity with webinar platforms and excellent PowerPoint proficiency.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities for content creation.
- Critical thinking, organizational, and time management skills.
Required Experiences
- Moderate to extensive experience in a customer-facing risk management role, preferably in construction design services or legal industry.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Some travel (less than 30%) is necessary.
