Job Summary:
Job Duties
- Assess and triage inbound security data and communications.
- Dispatch security incidents and escalate to Security Engineers as needed.
- Apply playbook solutions and initiate incident investigations.
- Create and amend knowledge runbooks for team support.
- Collaborate with various departments and continuously learn.
Required Skills
- Basic technical knowledge in networking, security protocols, and cloud services.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new information.
Required Experiences
- 1+ years in relevant roles (Helpdesk, System Admin, Cybersecurity).
- Participation in cybersecurity challenges or labs is desirable.
- A 4-year degree in cybersecurity or technology is a plus; certifications are highly desirable.
