Required Skills

Required Experiences
- 8+ years in agile product management and digital transformation.
- Proven success in process optimization and customer research.
- Experience coaching product owners and enhancing Agile maturity.
- Familiarity with the Property and Casualty Insurance industry preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
