Job Summary:
1. Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Analyze and eliminate non-value added activities.
- Coordinate layout development and resource optimization.
- Prepare evaluation reports and lead productivity improvements.
- Conduct technical reviews and provide project leadership.
- Monitor facility construction and develop material handling systems.
2. Required Skills:
- Advanced statistical and scientific methods application.
- Project management and technical guidance.
- Knowledge of manufacturing and quality processes.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions.
3. Required Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Physics from an accredited program.
- Six or more years of relevant engineering or technical experience.
