Job Summary:
Job Duties and Scope
- Collaborate with the Creative Director and partners on art direction and design for various deliverables.
- Manage asset and identity systems for multiple brands, ensuring brand guideline alignment.
- Implement modern CX and design tools such as wireframes and prototypes.
- Lead agencies and cross-divisional teams to enhance reporting and event experiences.
- Develop scalable creative workflow systems and implement best practices.
- Build credibility with stakeholders and showcase creative skills.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to develop cross-functional relationships and consumer insights.
- Experience in managing creative teams and projects.
Required Experiences
- 8+ years of creative strategy and execution experience at an agency or in-house team.
- Proven track record in leading creative development from concept to delivery.
- Experience presenting creative concepts to senior executives.
- Experience managing multiple projects with tight deadlines.
