Job Summary:
1. Job Duties and Scopes:
- Manage production planning and control to optimize resources and schedules.
- Provide leadership through people management and drive continuous improvement.
- Contribute to standards development and research production process enhancements.
- Coordinate legal loads and manage product delivery and shipment logistics.
- Monitor and coordinate supplier production schedules and product loading.
2. Required Skills:
- Familiarity with oversized/heavy haul loads and permitting requirements.
- Understanding of site/rigging plans and manufacturing best practices.
- Knowledge of six sigma, lean methodologies, and automation technologies.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and passion for coaching.
3. Required Experiences:
- Experience developing and implementing process improvements.
- Background in managing delivery and shipment of skids and legal loads.
- Previous experience in manufacturing environments and logistics coordination.
