Job Summary:
Job Duties and Scope
- Manage construction projects from proposal to completion.
- Oversee safety compliance and promote a safety-first culture.
- Lead project estimates, scheduling, resource allocation, and financial management.
- Monitor progress, implement changes, and resolve project hurdles.
- Conduct project health reviews and perform routine site visits.
Required Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Project, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, CMIC).
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective planning, resource management, and scheduling abilities.
- Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement.
Required Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management with 8 years of experience, or 10+ years of relevant experience.
- PMP certification is a plus.
- Must be able to travel up to 60% of the time and work extended hours.
