Job Summary:
Job Duties and Scopes:
- Establish and implement compliance policies for import/export/domestic transactions.
- Collaborate with governmental agencies for compliance assurance.
- Maintain documentation of compliance activities and conduct investigations.
- Develop audit procedures and provide regular compliance reports.
- Educate staff and clients on compliance regulations.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of governmental regulations.
- Ability to conduct investigations and provide resolutions.
- Proficiency in creating and maintaining compliance documentation.
- Strong communication skills for training and collaboration.
Required Experiences:
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of compliance experience.
- Experience with US international trade regulatory agencies.
- Preferred: US Customs Brokers License or related certifications.
