Job Duties and Scopes
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Identify and mitigate project risks
- Communicate project progress to stakeholders and manage client relationships
- Oversee subcontractors and vendors, ensuring compliance with project requirements
- Create and maintain project documentation and lead project meetings
Required Skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience with budgeting, cost estimation, and financial management
- Proficiency in Procore and Microsoft Office (Project, Excel, Word)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
Required Experiences
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of experience, preferably in multifamily projects
