Job Summary:
Job Duties and Scope:
- Lead marketing, product launch, and forecasting for the generics commercial team.
- Analyze data on pharmaceutical products for market evaluation.
- Develop marketing strategies and manage a portfolio of 100+ molecules and 400+ SKUs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with various internal teams including finance, pricing, and sales.
- Prepare and present complex data analyses to stakeholders.
Required Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Understanding of market trends and competitive intelligence.
Required Experiences:
- Bachelor’s degree and 4-5 years in a related role (MBA preferred).
- Experience in the generic pharmaceutical industry is mandatory.
