Job Summary:
Job Duties and Scope:
- Oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring efficient resource allocation and budget adherence.
- Prepare comprehensive project cost estimates covering labor, travel, and equipment.
- Provide technical guidance to the site acquisition team and maintain communication with clients.
- Perform specialist duties related to site acquisition and travel domestically as needed.
Required Skills:
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of real estate principles and regulations.
Required Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Five years in real estate acquisition, land use planning, or construction management, specifically in telecommunications.
- Three years of project management experience.
