Job Summary:
Job Duties and Scope:
- Administer assigned portions of the organization's budget for various funds.
- Analyze spending trends, obligations, expenditures, and reimbursements.
- Certify, monitor, and track commitments and obligations for assigned accounts.
- Utilize systems like Resource Management Tool, GFEBS, and Defense Travel System.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of financial policies and procedures.
- Proficiency in automated financial management systems.
- Experience preparing reports using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with Automated travel programs.
Required Experience:
- GG-12: 1 year of specialized experience in financial management.
- GG-11: 1 year of specialized experience in budget execution.
- Education may substitute for experience in certain cases.
