Job Summary:
1. Job Duties and Scopes
- Lead design, development, testing, and deployment of a self-service AI chatbot.
- Ensure seamless integration with IT Service Management tools, preferably ServiceNow.
- Define standards and guide chapter members in their work.
- Provide technical leadership and oversee development processes.
- Implement responsible AI practices and develop risk mitigation strategies.
2. Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Generative AI and LLM-based development.
- Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C/C++).
- Expertise in building conversational chatbots for IT support.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and critical thinking skills.
3. Required Experiences
- Experience leading teams and mentoring technical talent.
- Hands-on experience with LLM APIs and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure).
- Familiarity with IT Service Management tools and Service Desk processes.
- Proven ability in prompt engineering, automated testing, and debugging.
