Job Summary:
Job Duties:
- Oversee risk management program with corporate risk manager.
- Investigate and analyze risks; implement incident reporting.
- Monitor program performance and compliance.
- Identify high-risk areas and collaborate on prevention.
- Develop educational activities on Full Disclosure process.
- Maintain database of activities and provide oversight.
- Manage staff, including hiring and training.
- Serve as a consultant for risk management activities.
- Create and implement policies for patient care and safety.

Required Experience:
